Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer - ServiceNow to join our global team and advance the design, development, integration, security, and optimization of the ServiceNow AI Platform. You will build scalable platform capabilities, intelligent workflows, and enterprise integrations to drive digital transformation.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong development skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs), and security-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform engineering, enterprise integration, application development, or automation.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex ServiceNow integrations in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across enterprise environments.
• Develop reusable platform services using App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, scoped applications, business rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Implement integrations using Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, import sets, and transform maps.
• Support intelligent automation and AI capabilities such as Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, and conversational workflows.
• Ensure security through proper access controls, authentication, encryption, and secure coding practices.
