Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Platform Engineer - ServiceNow (Global Role) to join our international team and drive design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow AI Platform. You will build scalable platform capabilities, intelligent workflows, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered automation to strengthen our ServiceNow portfolio and accelerate digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scoped applications.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise integrations on ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of security practices: ACLs, OAuth, encryption, credential management and audit logging.
• Experience with AI or automation capabilities such as Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search or conversational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across enterprise environments.
• Develop reusable platform services using App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, scoped applications, business rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
• Support intelligent automation including Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, and related workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow workflows with enterprise systems, IoT/OT environments, robotics, and other platforms as needed.
• Ensure platform security through proper access controls, authentication, encryption, credential management, and secure coding.
• Monitor and improve performance, scalability, and upgrade readiness; support DevOps, CI/CD, testing, deployments, and handover.
• Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity, data teams, AI specialists, developers, operations, vendors, and customers.
• Provide technical guidance, contribute to reusable standards, and support pre-sales activities.
