Job summary

C.H. Robinson in Wroclaw is seeking a Global Service Delivery Manager to lead the global service delivery strategy for assigned customers and portfolios. On-site three days a week with remote work two days a week, you will drive execution aligned with SLAs and customer expectations.

You will mentor global teams, manage KPIs, and coordinate across regions to standardize best practices while ensuring the team has resources to operate effectively.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Operations.
• Minimum 3 years of direct or indirect management experience; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Understand global Service Delivery requirements and drive execution to meet expectations.
• Leverage dashboards and analytics to identify service gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor global reports with regular feedback and development plans.
• Collaborate across regions to standardize leading practices and ensure resources for day-to-day operations.
• Act as key customer contact for Service Delivery needs and manage cross-functional collaboration.
