Biopharma Careers is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Wroclaw. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling the full order cycle from entry to shipment monitoring using ERP/CRM tools. Expect a collaborative, international environment with standard contact center hours.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, high-quality customer experience, and cross-functional teamwork with Commercial, Finance, and Distribution teams. On-site onboarding with a move to a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English; other European languages encouraged.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Proven ability to learn multi ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Skilled at managing order processing and resolving service complaints.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and manage the entire order cycle.
• Monitor shipments and resolve service complaints.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams.
