The role emphasizes independent delivery management, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvements, with a focus on improving predictability and delivery standards in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT project delivery or delivery-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional level of English enabling international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project delivery activities in line with timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, analysts, and developers to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Support sprint planning, resource allocation, and team utilization.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes for predictability and quality.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates and progress tracking for stakeholders at various levels.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
