Job summary

CellMark in Kraków is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to support existing business. You will act as the main liaison between customers and suppliers, manage orders, delivery schedules, invoicing, and credit limits, while assisting the sales team with development activities and inventory monitoring.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 5–10 years of B2B experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or international sales or export activities or related discipline and 5–10 years’ B2B experience.
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office; IT skills; ERP experience such as IFS is a plus.
• Multilingual is an asset; English and German fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers, ensuring timely and accurate transaction information.
• Enter and monitor purchase, sales, and related data in the local IT system from order entry to completion.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and support Product Managers with inventory monitoring.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Support payment collection, credit limit control, and payment recovery.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and accounting to ensure efficient processes.
• Share market insights and sales opportunities gathered through customer contact.
• Support the sales team with related tasks and business development activities.
• Manage inventory and logistics from suppliers’ plants to customers.
• Handle related administration, paperwork, filing, and main phone coverage.
• Provide back-up customer service support and assist with other assigned projects.
