Job summary

RESINEX in Kraków is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support the Sales Team by overseeing customer orders from initiation to fulfillment. You will maintain ongoing communications with customers, suppliers, and global teams, track status, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (chemistry/technical fields welcome), experience in B2B order management, and strong English skills to coordinate with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; chemistry-related or technical fields preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools and order management/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a structured approach to daily tasks.
• English proficiency enabling daily cooperation with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a key support for the Sales Team by managing customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high service quality.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, suppliers, and international teams via email and phone.
• Monitor order status, handle exceptions, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Cooperate closely with Logistics, Finance, and Accounting Teams to ensure correct documentation and efficient processes.
• Maintain high data quality in systems and contribute to continuous improvement through process adherence and training.
