Job summary

Qualifications

• / At least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role.
• / Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• / Experience supporting international B2B sales teams and managing multiple customers.
• / Experience preparing commercial offers, quotations, contracts, and sales docs.
• / Hands-on with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and follow-up on opportunities, renewals, and actions.
• Support account development and meeting prep with Sales/KAMs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, RFP responses, and other sales docs for approvals.
• Identify cross-selling/upselling opportunities and route leads to the right owner.
• Monitor order status, invoicing, and billing issues with Finance and Delivery teams.
