Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Linguistics.
• Proficiency in Polish and English is a must.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer order management with stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
• Strong Excel and Office package knowledge.
• Results oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture and update standard order details and change orders as needed.
• Verify pricing accuracy on all orders.
• Optimize logistics and create filler orders for FTL delivery.
• Confirm delivery terms via credit checks and unblock orders.
• Notify customers about out-of-stock items.
• Check stock with supply planning and confirm quantities.
• Schedule delivery and follow up with logistics providers.
• Close undelivered orders and manage returns.
• Resolve complex customer requirements through effective communication.
• Coordinate between call centers and SC departments.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships within Cluster Supply Chain and BU SC teams.
