Job summary

INEXTO, a global leader in authentication and track & trace, seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator in Kraków to streamline commercial activities and drive operational excellence. The role connects sales growth with reliable execution across lead follow-up, quotations, orders, invoicing, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, KAMs, Finance, Delivery and PM teams, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and professional customer interactions in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support, sales operations, or back-office roles.
• Experience supporting international B2B sales teams.
• Experience preparing commercial offers, quotations, contracts, and related docs.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and follow-ups on opportunities, renewals, and actions.
• Support account development and meeting prep with Sales/KAMs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and RFP responses accurately.
