Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a meticulous Purchasing Coordinator to ensure smooth production and operations by handling timely orders and supplier relationships in an international setting.

You will work closely with production, logistics and finance, using ERP (Business Central) to record goods, manage POs, and produce ad-hoc reports while supporting the broader EPM team and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing.
• Knowledge of warehousing and inventory modules.
• Ability to communicate with factory, logistics and finance teams.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Raise and maintain timely purchase orders for indirect items.
• Raise orders for raw materials used in production.
• Plan with the Factory Manager/ EPM guidance.
• Monitor and manage open POs and update as needed.
• Chase and manage back orders with suppliers.
• Record all incoming goods into Business Central.
• Check delivery notes against orders for value and quantity.
• Scan and file delivery notes and related docs for domestic and imported deliveries.
• Source new vendors for RM and indirect materials.
• Produce ad-hoc reports as required.
• Assist EPM with additional tasks as required.
• Provide holiday or sickness cover for team members when appropriate.
