Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a proactive Buyer MRO in Wrocław to drive operational procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver cost efficiencies across European operations.

The role involves SAP/Ariba sourcing, master data management, and collaboration with international teams; occasional travel is expected, with a hybrid work setup in Wrocław.

Qualifications

• proven experience in operational purchasing (PR-PO, invoice workflow, claims)
• solid SAP knowledge and MS Excel skills
• English at least B2+; German is a bonus

Responsibilities

• procure on time (PR-PO, frame orders, order confirmations, invoice workflow) with local stakeholders
• perform operative sourcing in SAP/Ariba and collaborate with sourcing categories
• conduct tenders and supplier comparisons to achieve savings
• manage supplier relationships and monitor service quality
• maintain material & vendor master data
• verify invoices and handle claims with mill operations
• identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
• support new processes and digital solutions implementation

Are you ready to take your procurement expertise to the next level? We are seeking a proactive and driven Buyer MRO to join our client's thriving Business Hub in Wrocław.
Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing company producing innovative industrial materials and solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of purchasing activities, negotiating with key suppliers, and driving real cost-efficiencies. What’s more, you will have the opportunity for occasional business travel across Europe, collaborating face-to-face with international teams and visiting production sites

What will your tasks involve?

• proceed with on-time procurement (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Frame Orders, Order Confirmations, Invoice Workflow, Claims) in close collaboration with local stakeholders;
• execute operative sourcing tasks in SAP/Ariba and work closely with sourcing categories;
• conduct tenders and supplier comparisons to achieve savings by identifying alternatives and actively negotiating;
• manage supplier relationships, monitor service improvement, and ensure agreed quality standards are met;
• create and harmonize material & vendor master data;
• verify invoices, resolve issue cases, and handle claims with mill operations;
• identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency;
• support the implementation of new processes & digital solutions.

What we expect from you?

• you have proven experience in operational purchasing activities (PR-PO process, invoice workflow, claims);

• you possess a solid knowledge of SAP and are highly skilled in MS Excel;

• your English is at least at a B2+ level (knowledge of German would be a strong asset);

• you have a basic technical understanding, including knowledge of industrial mechanics and technical drawings;

• you demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a high level of cost awareness;

• you are open-minded, proactive, and willing to travel for business purposes.

• start your day between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and finish between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM;
