Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager for its Wrocław operations to lead cross-functional transition projects from planning through execution.

You will drive on-time and on-budget delivery, coordinate teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Production, and report progress to senior management. The role requires 3–4 years in project management, a Master’s degree in a related field, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Project Management – ideally at Operations
• Master's degree in Production, Supply Chain, Engineering or related business field
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience of working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with risk management practices
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, ideally within an aerospace organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of MS Project
• Advanced English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Lead transition projects at Operations site (work transfer MAKE/BUY to MAKE) from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Monitor project progress and regularly report status to management and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues efficiently
• Develop detailed project plans and collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Production teams
• Manage and track project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets
• Identify potential risks and delays, working with internal teams and Business Units to eliminate obstacles
• Compliance with internal procedures and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
