FeedValid in Poland is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage cross-border shipments and coordinate daily logistics activities.

You will handle inbound and outbound freight planning, communicate with suppliers, customers, and hauliers, and maintain ERP records. Fluency in Polish and English, plus Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, are required. The role offers an international team and opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Completed education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administration or related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Proficient user of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contact with suppliers and customers by telephone and e-mail.
• Servicing suppliers, first point of contact.
• Planning of inbound and outbound freight.
• Optimising transport within Poland and to Germany and the Netherlands.
• Communicating with hauliers and finalising price agreements with transport companies.
• Recording transport movements, orders and transport prices in the ERP system.
• Issuing, verifying, and monitoring the execution of transport orders; reviewing documents and providing statements to suppliers and customers.
• Maintain relationships with tolling companies and monitoring performance on SLA.
• Monitoring and checking invoices.
