Rolls-Royce Kraków seeks a PMO Governance Analyst to partner with Project Managers within our Global Business Services transformation. You will drive governance, planning, and reporting rigor, while owning Stage Gate readiness and evidence packages.

This role offers exposure to international programmes and cross-functional leadership. You will develop project controls expertise in an international centre, working with senior stakeholders and applying robust governance practices to enable

Qualifications

• Experience in project, programme or controls, with ability to run routines independently.
• Good understanding of planning, dependencies, baselines, risks and governance.
• Able to analyse project information rather than just compile it.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead local MSP update cycle and governance routines.
• Monitor delivery against plans and flag risks and issues.
• Manage Stage Gate readiness and evidence closure.
• Escalate delivery issues to leads and drive issue resolution.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
