Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a PMO Governance Analyst to partner with Project Managers across the GBS transformation. You will drive rigour through controls, planning, and robust reporting, ensuring timely actions are captured and closed.

This role offers exposure to an international programme and development within a leading engineering group. You will develop project controls expertise, own governance routines, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices across finance,

Qualifications

• Practical project, programme or controls experience.
• Good understanding of planning, dependencies and baseline variance, plus risk, issue, governance and reporting disciplines.
• Experience maintaining and analysing project information rather than merely collating it.
• Able to identify gaps, inconsistencies and emerging issues and escalate appropriately.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively with Project Managers and multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive ownership and follow-through on issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest and capability to develop further within the project management profession.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local MSP update cycle.
• Monitor delivery against agreed plans and highlight variance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Run project governance routines, ensuring information is complete and ready for decision-making.
• Own Stage Gate readiness, evidence and closure of conditions.
• Escalate delivery issues to the relevant lead.
• Support risk and opportunity management with clear ownership and escalation.
• Track cross-project dependencies and keep stakeholders informed.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of GBS programme delivery.
• Build project management experience through increasing ownership of controls.
