Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a PMO Governance Analyst to support transformation programmes. You will drive project controls, manage planning, and lead local governance sessions with PMs to ensure robust stage gates and timely issue resolution.

You will gain hands-on experience in project controls while working in an international team in Kraków’s Unity Tower hub.

Qualifications

• Proven planning, governance and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify gaps and escalate issues clearly.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead local MSP update cycles and maintain project plans.
• Monitor delivery against plans and flag risks and dependencies.
• Run governance routines and ensure evidence is complete and actionable.
• Own Stage Gate readiness and manage closures of conditions.
