Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a PMO Governance Analyst to support Global Business Services transformation programmes. You will drive governance, planning and reporting, ensure Stage Gate readiness, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver robust project controls.

The role offers hybrid work in Kraków, with opportunities to grow in a fast‑paced international programme and to develop expertise within Rolls-Royce's global PMO community.

Qualifications

• Practical project, programme or controls experience.
• Ability to plan, monitor and report on delivery.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to take ownership and follow issues through.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local MSP update cycle and monitor delivery against plans.
• Run project governance routines with complete, accurate information for decision‑making.
• Own Stage Gate readiness and closure of conditions.
• Escalate delivery issues to the relevant lead and support risk management.
• Track cross‑project dependencies and inform PMs and the wider PMO.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Build project management experience through increasing ownership of controls.
