Qualifikationen

• Experience in a structured business, project, operational or coordination environment.
• Previous PMO or programme coordination exposure.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to chase information and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.

Aufgaben

• Gather progress and forecast inputs; follow up missing updates and support planning.
• Maintain action, risk, issue, dependency and decision records to high standards.
• Coordinate project governance meetings and follow-up actions.
• Support Stage Gate readiness and closure of conditions per Stage Gate methodology.
• Track milestones and flag missing or inconsistent planning information.
• Maintain accurate project records using PM standards and tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain information and follow up actions.
• Support project mobilisation, delivery and closure activities.
• Build practical knowledge of project planning, risk, governance and delivery through hands-on experience.
