Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking an Associate Project Manager to own defined workstreams within GBS transformation programmes. You will turn agreed scope into delivered outcomes and coordinate with international teams, PMO colleagues, and service management to meet time, cost and quality limits.

Qualifications

• Practical project, transition, or transformation experience.
• Experience turning agreed scope into deliverables and coordinating plans, risks and dependencies.
• Exposure to transition or significant business change.
• Able to work across functions and geographies in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own defined deliverables and outcomes for defined workstreams or smaller projects within delegated scope, cost, time and quality limits.
• Own and maintain project plans for assigned projects or workstreams.
• Monitor delivery against agreed limits, resolve issues and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Coordinate activity across functional specialists, sending teams, delivery centres, the programme office, change teams, and service management teams.
• Support transition activity through mobilisation, design, knowledge transfer, readiness, go-live and stabilisation.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of GBS programme delivery standards.
