Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a PMO Analyst to join our Global Capability Centre. You will support project governance, maintain records, and coordinate across international teams to ensure timely updates and high-quality data.

The role offers an entry point into project management with potential for growing responsibility as skills develop. The position is full-time in a hybrid setup, based in Kraków, Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in a structured business, project, operational or coordination environment.
• Previous PMO or programme coordination exposure.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple actions, deadlines and priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather progress and forecast inputs; follow up missing updates.
• Maintain action, risk, issue, dependency and decision records.
• Coordinate project governance meetings and follow-up actions.
• Support Stage Gate readiness and closure of conditions.
• Track milestones and flag missing or inconsistent planning information.
• Maintain accurate project records using PM standards and tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain information and follow up actions.
• Support project mobilisation, delivery and closure activities.
• Build practical knowledge of planning, risk, governance and delivery.
