Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is hiring a PMO Analyst to support project planning, governance and delivery in a hybrid role based in Cracow, Poland.

You will gather progress data, maintain records, coordinate governance meetings and assist PMs and PMO colleagues with mobilisation, delivery and closure activities. 1+ years in a structured project/PMO environment is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a structured business, project, operational or coordination environment.
• Previous PMO or programme coordination exposure.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather progress and forecast inputs, follow up missing updates and support project planning.
• Maintain action, risk, issue, dependency and decision records with high standards.
• Coordinate project governance meetings, inputs, actions and follow-up.
• Support Stage Gate readiness and closure of conditions as per governance.
• Support milestone tracking and flag missing or inconsistent planning information.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation using PM standards and tools.
• Coordinate across project stakeholders to obtain information and follow up actions.
• Support PMO colleagues with project mobilisation, delivery and closure activities.
• Build knowledge of project planning, risk, governance and delivery through hands-on experience.
