Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions in EMEA and AMER. You will act as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring updates, compliance, and accurate reporting.

You will collaborate with legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and finance teams to ensure timely payroll cycles and audits, while driving process improvements and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in global payroll processing for large organizations.
• Experience leading end-to-end payroll for multinational operations preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll processing across EMEA and AMER regions.
• Serve as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for domestic and international operations.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and internal stakeholders on requirements and issues.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual payroll tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Execute monthly payroll closing tasks and support audits.
• Drive process improvements and documentation for payroll systems.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold internal control policies.
