Job summary

Cytiva is hiring a Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll execution for Poland and other EMEA countries. The role requires managing multi-company payrolls, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and handling complex calculations and off-cycle payments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes, support payroll system upgrades, and drive continuous improvement. Strong data accuracy and Bergen-level escalation management are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• End-to-end payroll expertise, including complex calculations and statutory requirements.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and make sound decisions.
• Confidence in handling escalations and sensitive payroll matters.

Responsibilities

• Process Polish and other EMEA payrolls for multiple companies with precision and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with country, regional, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations.
• Prepare and submit required filings and reports.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardized workflows across EMEA.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
