Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Payroll, People Administration, Shared Services or People Operations.
• Experience in international, matrix-based organizations.
• Experience managing multi-country operations with external providers.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls and compliance.
• Experience with HR, payroll and employee data systems.
• Track record of improving processes and increasing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global People Administration and Payroll delivery across multiple countries.
• Ensure accurate, compliant employee administration and payroll delivery.
• Set priorities, ownership and ways of working across teams and external providers.
• Drive service mindset and focus on employee and manager experience.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and stakeholders on governance and processes.
• Standardize processes and establish scalable, sustainable operational practices.
• Manage payroll governance, relationships with providers and issue resolution.
• Support growth readiness by integrating new locations and populations into processes.
