Job summary

passcon sp. z o.o. is seeking a Payroll Manager – EMEA to oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensure accuracy and compliance, and partner with HR, Finance and Legal. The role also leads vendor management and process improvements in a fast-paced international environment.

You will manage payroll calendars, reports, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining GDPR compliance and data privacy for all payroll data in EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of payroll experience with multi-country EMEA exposure; hands-on Poland experience required.
• 2 years of people management experience or mentorship of payroll professionals.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations, tax, and labor law requirements.
• Experience managing external payroll vendors.
• Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP) and HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution including salaries, bonuses, and statutory payments.
• Review outputs from internal teams and external payroll providers.
• Own payroll calendars, controls, and documentation.
• Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance for payroll data.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead payroll audits and respond to audit requests.
• Drive process improvements and system integrations (HRIS, Finance).
• Prepare payroll-related reports and support budgeting and headcount analysis.
