Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end EMEA payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions using ADP and Employer of Record providers. In a dynamic, multinational environment you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely pay while driving transformation.

You will lead governance with ADP/EOR partners, sign-off payroll inputs, run technical reconciliations, and deliver payroll analytics to management.

Formación

• 7+ years in payroll, with multi-country EMEA experience.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regs, taxation, social security, and statutory reporting.
• Payroll qualification (CIPP, GPA) preferred.
• Experience with ADP and EOR; auditing and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end EMEA payroll delivery via ADP and EOR vendors.
• Serve as expert on payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and statutory obligations.
• Lead vendor governance for ADP and EOR, including SLAs and performance reviews.
• Sign off on payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring zero-defect delivery before pay date.
• Lead complex analyses and reconciliations; drive process improvements.
• Own payroll reporting, analytics, and Board-level insights.
• Lead audits and internal control frameworks; liaise with auditors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and external providers.
• Mentor junior team members; develop capability.
