Job summary

Strada, a leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions, is seeking a payroll professional to process end-to-end payroll and manage client-specific requirements. You will monitor ticket queues with BI tools, interpret payslips, and maintain payroll calendars while handling sensitive data with discretion.

You will produce standard and client-specific payroll reports, support change requests, and participate in SOC1 controls, data validation, and knowledge transfers across peers.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling.
• Interpret payslips and follow payroll calendar.
• Produce standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Identify deviations and support change requests.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end to end according to standards and client requirements.
• Monitor ticket queues using BI tools to meet timelines.
• Utilize hrX tools for payroll processing and related activities.
• Understand and interpret payslips and payroll calendar.
• Review data for accuracy and initiate corrections.
• Support SOC1 controls and knowledge transfers.
• Participate in root cause analysis and system maintenance testing.
• Maintain knowledge of legislation and payroll procedures.
• Communicate payroll questions and requests clearly.
• Provide support for system updates and changes.
