Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking a Payroll Manager – EMEA to lead accurate, compliant payroll across multiple countries and oversee end-to-end operations, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration with HR, Finance, and Legal teams in a fast-paced international setting.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of multi-country EMEA payroll experience, including Poland, plus 2 years of people management, and proficiency with HRIS systems such as ADP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of payroll experience across multi-country EMEA, with hands-on Poland payroll experience required.
• 2 years of people management or mentorship of payroll professionals.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations, tax, and labor law.
• Experience managing external payroll vendors.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, SAP or similar).
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Review and approve outputs from internal teams and external providers.
• Own payroll calendars, controls and documentation.
