Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Payroll & Time Management specialist in Wrocław to ensure end-to-end payroll execution with accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will manage data, interfaces, and reporting while supporting continuous improvements in a global HR service environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR operations, strong German and English (B2+), and familiarity with SAP/Workforce/SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• German and English language skills (B2 minimum).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services or HR Administration.
• Experience in Payroll & Time Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll and time management processes with compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain employee data, process tax matters, handle hires/terminations, audit data for timely payroll.
• Create time management reports and perform quality checks.
• Respond to payroll/time management inquiries via phone and email using case management system.
• Participate in projects and drive continuous service quality improvements.
• Own a complex area (e.g., Time Management) and train the team.
