Job summary

RESINEX Group in Warszawa, Poland, is seeking a dedicated team member to support the Sales Team by managing customer orders end-to-end with high quality and timeliness in an international environment.

You will maintain daily contact with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, monitor orders, resolve issues, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to data quality and continuous improvement through training and adherence to processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; chemistry-related or technical fields welcome.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management in a B2B environment.
• Proficient with digital tools and order management/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and structured daily task approach.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Communicative level of English enabling daily cooperation with international stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Be a key support for the Sales Team by managing customer orders end-to-end.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, suppliers, and international teams via email and phone.
• Monitor order status, handle exceptions, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Cooperate closely with Logistics, Finance, and Accounting Teams to ensure correct documentation and efficient processes.
• Maintain high data quality in systems and contribute to continuous improvement through process adherence and training.
