Job summary

MSA Safety in Warszawa, Poland, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist to support order processing, quotations, and after-sales activities for various customers. You will work closely with Sales to ensure accurate data, timely responses, and smooth order execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate orders, manage ERP data, liaise with sales representatives, and ensure timely delivery while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• 3 years in a similar customer-facing role handling orders both pre- and post-sale.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of customer orders from inquiry to delivery.
• Prepare quotations and advise on order status and delivery times.
• Support pricing processes and maintain accurate customer master data.
• Coordinate order and delivery processes and resolve issues.
• Handle after-sales activities including returns and warranties.
