Job summary

Tornos Group in Poland is seeking an Order Management Specialist to coordinate end-to-end order and quotation flow, collaborating with SalesCo, Market organizations, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure timely processing and high service levels.

You will triage requests, manage lead times for RFQs, and coordinate escalations across internal teams to meet delivery commitments. Strong English and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a similar operational role.
• Industry background in international or cross-functional environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with focus on service quality and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all orders and quotations created by SalesCo, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Oversee the flow of Sales Orders and Quotations to ensure line items progress per priorities and service-level objectives.
• Triages incoming requests, checks part availability, identifies requirements and directs cases to appropriate teams.
• Serve as key contact point for market inquiries, manage requests via Salesforce and the Order Management mailbox.
• Initiate and coordinate processes for incoming orders and requests, including segregation and triage of different line-item flows.
• Manage and coordinate escalations in Salesforce, ensuring proper assignment and follow-up.
• Order processing and system activities.
• Assess and estimate delivery lead times for RFQs based on material availability and operations.
• Ensure all system transactions and order-management activities are completed on time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Production for smooth offer/order execution.
