Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking an Order Management/Customer Service professional to join our Poland team in Łódź. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery for B2B customers and collaborate with internal departments in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has experience in logistics or order management, and can use SAP and Microsoft Office to support customers and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
• Experience in logistics, order management or customer service is nice to have.
• Experience using Microsoft applications and SAP is preferable.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the end-to-end deliver process for B2B customers.
• Building strong and long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Cooperation with various internal departments.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the process for customers and act accordingly.
