Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an HR Specialist - Late Shift, Spanish Language, to manage the end-to-end offer and onboarding process for candidates worldwide in a hybrid setup.

You will coordinate offers, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and regional HR teams, and ensure compliant, timely pre-hire activities while maintaining accurate data in HR systems. This role emphasizes confidentiality and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Several years of HR, TA operations, onboarding, or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience managing deadline-driven processes across regions and time zones.
• Proficient with HR systems (ATS/HRIS) and MS Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage offer activity globally from acceptance through start date.
• Prepare and issue offer docs, contracts, and addenda using templates.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities: background checks, work authorization, references.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates post-offer with updates.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, managers, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and regional HR teams to confirm offer details.
• Maintain data across HR systems and ensure audit-ready records.
• Identify delays or gaps and resolve or escalate.
