Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an HR Specialist - Early Shift with French language skills to support the end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from offer acceptance through start date, ensuring a timely and compliant onboarding experience for candidates worldwide.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, payroll, and regional HR teams to confirm details, maintain records across ATS/HRIS, and drive process improvements for global onboarding.

Qualifications

Several years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, or recruiting coordination.
Experience coordinating with multiple partners across regions and time zones.
Proven ability to manage deadlines with strong organization.
Experience with HR systems (ATS/HRIS) and data accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage offer activity globally from acceptance through start date.
Prepare, review, and issue offer documents and contracts using approved templates.
Coordinate pre-hire activities such as background checks, work authorization, references.
Serve as main contact for candidates post-offer with updates.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and payroll teams to confirm offer details.
Maintain data across ATS, HRIS, background screening platforms, and digital signature tools ensuring audit-ready records.
Identify delays or data discrepancies or process gaps and address them or escalate as appropriate.
Support process standardization and onboarding improvement initiatives.
