Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end offer and pre-hire processes, from acceptance to start date, ensuring timely and compliant onboarding for candidates worldwide.

The role supports collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and regional teams, with data accuracy and process standardization at the core. This is a hybrid role with virtual and location-based work options.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a similar process-driven role, ideally in a global or multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage deadline-driven processes with multiple collaborators, regions, or time zones, with strong organization.
• Experience with HR and recruiting systems (ATS, HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Manage offer activity globally from acceptance through start date, ensuring all steps and approvals are completed on time.
• Prepare, review, and issue offer documents, contracts, and addenda using templates and guidance.
• Coordinate and track pre-hire activities such as background checks, work authorization, references, and market requirements.
• Serve as a key contact for candidates post-offer, providing updates on pre-employment and onboarding tasks.
