Job summary

Aon is seeking an HR Specialist - Early Shift, Spanish Language to support end-to-end offer and pre-hire processes across regions. This global role partners with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate onboarding from offer to start date.

You will manage offer activity worldwide, prepare and issue documentation, coordinate background checks and work authorization, and maintain audit-ready records in ATS/HRIS with digital signatures.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, or recruitment coordination.
• Experience coordinating with multiple regions/time zones and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from offer acceptance through start date.
• Prepare, review, and issue offer documents, contracts, and addenda using templates.
• Coordinate pre-hire activities like background checks and work authorizations.
• Serve as main contact for candidates post-offer with updates on onboarding tasks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, payroll, and regional teams.
• Maintain data across HR systems and ensure audit-ready records.
• Identify delays and process gaps and drive improvements.
