Job summary

BCD Travel in Warsaw is seeking a Meetings & Events Project Manager for a hybrid role. You will oversee development, planning, and operational execution of meetings, conferences, and incentive travel projects while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will source venues, manage itineraries, supervise site visits, negotiate with vendors, and ensure on-time billing and post-event reconciliation. Fluent English, strong organizational skills, and pharma/life sciences event experience

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills are imperative for client communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Cvent is a bonus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and contract venues for local and global clients.
• Coordinate travel program agendas, itineraries, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up with budgets.
• Negotiate transportation, entertainment, and decor with vendors.
• Serve as primary client contact for program planning and execution.
• Prepare proposals, services, and post-event invoicing.
