Job summary

BCD Travel in Warsaw is seeking a Meetings & Events Project Manager at a level commensurate with experience. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in the Warsaw offices, full-time, and involves managing complex meetings and events for global clients.

You will lead planning, vendor coordination, and client liaison, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and timelines. English fluency and experience with life sciences or pharma clients are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning corporate meetings for meetings management or travel management companies
• Experience working with Life Sciences or Pharma companies, with knowledge of HCP compliance
• Highly proficient in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cvent is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Source and contract venues for local and global clients
• Coordinate and implement travel program agendas and itineraries
• Conduct site inspections and follow up with notes, estimates, and timelines
• Negotiate and purchase ground transportation, entertainment, and decor
• Serve as primary client contact for program planning and execution
• Prepare all documentation for proposals and services
• Oversee post-event reconciliation, vendor payments, and invoicing
