Job summary

Reply Group in Poland seeks a capable professional to manage cross-functional delivery, oversee milestones, and keep stakeholders informed while strengthening relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.

You will monitor product adoption, analyze business processes, support the commercial cycle with quotations and renewals analysis, and ensure data quality across CRM and order systems. Hybrid work option with weekly office visits is available.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technology-related subject such as computer science, information systems, or software engineering.
• Three or more years experience in project management, account management, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw practical conclusions from data.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish communication.
• Confident across business systems and quick to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented, well organized and proactive.
• Able to own a workstream with limited supervision in a distributed team.
• Hybrid or remote work with at least 1 weekly office visit.

Responsibilities

• Project management, tracking milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress against plan, and informing stakeholders.
• Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, main point of contact, spotting growth opportunities.
• Customer success, monitoring product adoption and ensuring customers receive full value.
• Analyze and document how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity; recommend improvements.
• Support the commercial cycle, including quotations, renewals analysis, and retention reporting; ensure data quality across core systems; produce regular management reporting.
