Job summary

Ecorys Polska is seeking an experienced and highly organised Event & Project Consultant to design, manage and deliver professional events and projects for clients in Poland. You will own the full lifecycle—from concept, planning and budgeting through production and delivery to evaluation and follow-up.

The role includes managing non-event projects, working with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management and conference production.
• Experience independently delivering professional events from concept to completion.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver conferences, seminars, workshops, panels, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage events end-to-end, including concepts, agendas, budgets, logistics, production and reporting.
• Coordinate venues, technical production, catering, interpretation, travel and suppliers.
• Manage speakers, moderators, experts and project partners.
• Oversee registration and participant communications; ensure client satisfaction.
