Ecorys Polska is seeking an experienced Events and Project Manager to design, manage and deliver professional events and projects for clients in Poland. You will oversee the full lifecycle from concept to delivery, including online and hybrid formats, budgets and evaluation.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate venues and suppliers, manage speakers and participants, and ensure high-quality outputs on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management and project management.
• Experience delivering events from concept to completion.
• Experience with online and hybrid formats.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Polish language is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver conferences, seminars, workshops and panels.
• Manage events end-to-end including budgets and logistics.
• Coordinate venues, catering, technical production, travel and suppliers.
• Manage speakers, moderators, participants and project partners.
• Oversee registration and participant communications.
• Support proposals and tenders with event concepts and budgets.
• Work with research, communications and project teams.
