Job summary

Amex GBT in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Event Planner to coordinate client meeting programs from contract to final billing, delivering exceptional service.

This hybrid role combines on-site and remote work, requiring strong vendor management, budget control, and client communication. You will manage online registration, venue coordination, and post-event debriefs, leveraging Cvent and maintaining high-quality vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent Polish and English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong project and client management experience.
• Experience budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning from contract execution to final billing.
• Research and coordinate vendor relationships to ensure high quality selection.
• Ensure supplier contracts protect Amex GBT and clients.
• Lead program costs, identify cost savings, review invoices, and coordinate payments.
• Define online registration needs and guide attendees with user-friendly registration.
• Coordinate logistics with venue staff and event staff.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and provide briefing reports.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of technology solutions (Cvent).
