Job summary

You will design, optimize, and oversee employee lifecycle processes, ensure payroll alignment, and deliver analytics-driven insights while partnering with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, or Process Excellence.
• Proven track record designing and improving HR processes.
• Experience in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes.
• Hands-on with automation, workflow design, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Able to identify opportunities and drive implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize HR processes across multiple countries.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement tech-driven improvements.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions supporting HR service delivery.
• Manage HR systems and ensure integration of HR tools.
• Oversee onboarding, changes, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities with providers and stakeholders.
• Deliver HR reporting, analytics, and insights for decision making.
• Create self-service resources and improve employee support models.
• Lead HR Operations transformation projects and act as a trusted partner.
