Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Coordinator to drive the People Strategy in a fast-paced, international setting. You will coordinate end-to-end HR processes and act as a trusted partner for People Managers across the organization.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity in HR systems (ADP/Workday), and a proactive approach to employee relations and policy development within a supportive, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in core HR functions and personnel administration.
• Business fluent English (C1) for international environments.
• Strong MS Excel skills and practical knowledge of HCM systems (Workday, ADP).
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs, prioritize, and collaborate across teams.
• High ownership, self-reliance, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage team workload and act as a trusted partner for People Managers.
• Provide SME guidance on HR service delivery and compliance with local labor law.
