GR8_TECH in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Head of HR Administration to develop, manage, and optimize HR operations across the company. You will oversee employee records, payroll compliance, migrations, and policy development while collaborating with regional teams.

You’ll lead a team of HR Administration specialists, drive automation with HRIS tools, and ensure data-driven decision making. The role combines strategy, process improvement, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing iGaming

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Administration / Operations.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience with HRIS and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, migration regulations.
• Experience with international and cross-border HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Administration operations across locations.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, payroll compliance.
• Lead audits and ensure regulatory documentation.
• Drive HR process optimization and automation.
• Provide data-driven HR insights to leadership.
