Key responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize HR processes across multiple countries.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement technology-driven improvements.
• Develop and enhance AI-enabled solutions supporting HR service delivery and employee experience.
• Manage HR systems and ensure effective integration of HR tools and workflows.

• Lead and contribute to HR Operations and transformation projects.

Ideal profile

• Several years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, or Process Excellence roles.
• Proven track record in designing and improving HR processes.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and payroll processes.
• Practical experience with automation, workflow design, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive implementation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
