Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline plc is seeking an Employee Life Cycle Specialist to deliver accurate, timely lifecycle services across markets. You will manage data, respond to inquiries, and drive improvements in processes and systems while maintaining strict data privacy and compliance.

The role is hybrid, with on-site days in Poznań and flexible hours. A 1-year fixed-term contract may renew based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business administration or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or shared services is required.
• Fluency in English and Polish (or another supported language) is preferred.
• Experience with HR case-management systems and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services across markets.
• Process and validate employee data and transactions in HR systems.
• Handle employee, manager and HR enquiries with timely, clear guidance.
• Investigate complex cases and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Maintain employee records per global standards and local rules.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and IT teams for seamless handoffs.
• Perform quality checks and resolve data discrepancies.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with privacy and security requirements.
• Keep process docs up-to-date and accessible.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Share knowledge and support onboarding and capability building.
