Job summary

GSK is seeking an Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Specialist to deliver accurate, timely lifecycle services across multiple markets within a process-aligned operating model. You will manage hires, leavers, data handling and HR inquiries, ensuring privacy and high service quality.

This is a hybrid role (2–3 days on-site) on a 1-year fixed-term contract with potential renewal. You will collaborate with HR partners, payroll and IT to maintain seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Shared Services or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle services, shared services or another transactional service environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle services for assigned process areas and multiple markets.
• Process and validate employee data and transactions in HR systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage enquiries from employees, managers and HR stakeholders with clear guidance and timely updates.
• Take ownership of complex cases and coordinate with relevant teams to escalate risks when needed.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation in accordance with global standards and local requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits and other teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and end-to-end completion.
• Perform quality checks and resolve data or process discrepancies before they affect downstream services.
• Handle confidential information in line with privacy, security and risk requirements.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge articles; monitor service performance for improvements.
